Return & Refund Policy

At Botanical Cham, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in creating high-quality, natural skincare and haircare products designed to nourish and protect. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Returned within 8 days of delivery
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit
- Leaking, broken, or defective
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
- Personalized or custom orders
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the confirmation email.
