- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

- You can track your package through our shipping carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international locations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Botanical Cham is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been handed to the carrier.
